Today, I had to collect a prescription which contained an error, the pharmacist called the hospital directly to ensure the medication to be provided. Last week, another pharmacist took the time to look with me at the contraindications and side effects of a medication that I had to take for the first time. Pharmacists take the time to listen, explain and offer solutions to customers, always in a dignified, human and empathetic manner. Thank you so much for your big heart and keep helping as you do!
