Common sense and customer/patient service need to be revisited.... Arriving 10 minutes before the said closing time, they prevent me from entering to tell me that the cash register is already closed and that everything is already closed... by telling me you understand we stop working at 8 p.m. without complexes... I they told them it was 7:53 p.m. and not 8 p.m.... They told me to cross the whole city to get what I needed... something that was just 5m behind them... I don't think they're ready to see me again...

I stopped by yesterday because I decided to stop smoking, I was pleasantly greeted with a smile (which is becoming rare in stores these days) by a young blonde woman with glasses who gave me good information about the product based on of nicotine that I bought.

Classic pharmacy as long as you're not in a hurry... more than ten minutes of waiting while one of the pharmacists complains about not having had anyone. Considering how overwhelmed they were with few people, I don't dare imagine how they cope when they have people...

Classic pharmacy, no complaints about the reception and organization, the rotation is good and reduces the waiting time (a lot of people at certain times..) Aside from the disdain and gloomy face of one of the preparers to whom I almost wanted to ask if I was bothering her (although afraid of her answer), the pharmacists are professional and attentive. Small downside, they seem incapable of receiving a fax or reading an email even after several reminders from the attending physician, which can be quite restrictive when you need treatment urgently.
