One star for not putting a zero point. Behavior and attitude of certain pharmacists really disrespectful. profitability without humanity it seems!

It's not my style to post negative opinions about health professionals... I find that all the pharmacists in the area are friendly, except in this pharmacy. I was not given the right number of boxes of medicine, the pharmacist was unfriendly and I was made to advance the costs even though I had a certificate and a health insurance card, which happens in no other pharmacy.

Pharmacy hanging up on you when we just want to make sure that the medications have been sent to the right address after 1 week of waiting?? 0 professionalism and no empathy. It's sad.

Very good experience in this pharmacy which has become my pharmacy of choice. The team is very friendly, available and serious. In the event of complications, they will always look for solutions and that is really valuable! I was also able to experiment with ordering by email, everything was perfect. Thanks again for everything !
