If I didn't understand that I disturbed the lady during her night's sleep (oh no, sorry her night on call) it's because I had my eyes closed. But no ma'am, not sleeping since 11 p.m. because of cystitis which is breaking out and where the toilets are our friends every 10 minutes from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. no it's not funny ma'am, having to urgently consult a doctor, no it's not not funny either ma'am so coming to your pharmacy is not for you but for my health ma'am. So a hello, a smile and kindness are welcome! When you are unfriendly there is no need to work directly with patients.
