Unpleasant welcome by a lady in her fifties who refuses to order medication!! Tells me there is no more stock on order. Shamefully lies by saying that it is the social security which makes the stocks... On the other hand in a small pharmacy on the other hand I was able to order the same product. it is therefore a refusal of order...

People hang up on me even though I call several times in a row! It is unacceptable !! I called another pharmacy, they were able to answer and were lovely. I won't set foot in your house again... it's sad...

I see that I am not the only one to have had this bad experience...Extremely unpleasant (special shout out to the brunette woman in her fifties in the background) who gets bogged down trying to justify the very high prices charged in this pharmacy. (pitiful) In short, for the drugstore, take a few more steps and go to the giant casino drugstore: warm welcome and prices between 3 and 6€ cheaper (invoices to support). You will have understood, flee this incompetence, the weakness of the staff and their contempt. Go to a pharmacy worthy of the name, located a little further away. !! For me it was the last time

Without a prescription, I go directly to the counter which serves people without a prescription, the pharmacist who was already serving a client there spent 15 minutes talking with her about work from home, her client's upcoming vacation, new glasses of the young girl who accompanied him without forgetting the difficult choice of the color of his client's toothbrush (no, no it's not a joke...). After 15 minutes, I go to a counter for prescriptions, the pharmacist tells me that I am not at the right counter, so I explain to him that I have been waiting for a while for his colleague to finish her conversation, he was kind enough to intervene with his colleague who was finally willing to serve me after seeing around ten customers being served before me even though they had arrived after me.... I'm not in the habit of leaving a review negative but here I do it hoping that this person will take it into account later. It’s clear that this doesn’t make me want to go back.
