Unacceptable behavior of a person at the counter. Waiting despite the conversations and laughter behind, then intervention of a disrespectful agent and totally “jemenfoutiste”. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for 4 years and nothing is going well: shelves not stocked, waiting and no involvement of staff. Opinion shared by other customers, like me, a little scandalized by the general let-go!

Waiting like forever

A customer for several years, I wanted to renew my daughter's prescription which was refused because my social security number appears below my daughter's name instead of hers on the mutual insurance card. However, all papers are up to date, social and mutual security and coordinated. However, I repeated this treatment last month without any problem. Very disappointing, especially for an important treatment that cannot be interrupted.

I have been going to this pharmacy for several years and I was generally quite satisfied with it... until today... I went there for a 3 month treatment. Twice I had a box for only 1 month when I wanted to collect the box for the 3rd month, I was assured that it was not possible because I had already had a large box (for the 3 month). Even showing the last empty box that I had kept, the pharmacist did not want to give me enough to finish my treatment... No questioning on their part, "with IT there can be no 'error". As a result, I will have to go back to see my doctor, so that she can refill my prescription and go to another pharmacy because logically, they still won't be able to give me my pills... in short, when we work, we have something else to do than spend your life at the pharmacy, especially since the wait is getting longer and longer... frankly disappointed. Please do not respond to my review with the screed "We are sincerely sorry... Take care of yourself" which is published for negative reviews. You might as well not answer anything. A week later the problem was finally resolved with the pharmacy. So I thank them for giving me time again.
