The Boss is super nice, courteous, attentive and really ultra professional, and very empathetic in nature, what's more, the 2 new Interns are friendly, smiling and are also really professional I highly recommend this pharmacy and if I may allow myself to give you some advice, do not listen to the nasty comments which sincerely seem defamatory to me because I have the impression that they are rating another Pharmacy (whose name I will not mention) located really not far away which "Yes" is to be avoided (Unwelcoming boss and exorbitant prices, however the Pharmacists are professional) (Note that most of the people who comment are mostly either neighbors or sometimes friends/acquaintances and I know from a reliable source that a good number of people wanted to talk about this pharmacy located nearby which I personally no longer want to hear about because in my opinion it deserves to be closed I would like to point this out because the nasty reviews are causing harm to the Boss and her Val de Croze Pharmacy, which in no way resembles anything described in these comments.

Very unpleasant, very haughty staff. Allows himself to contest orders. The prices are exorbitant compared to city center pharmacies, and the place is not very clean, so avoid. Don't go there especially if you have a problem, they won't help you. If I could I would put 0.

To flee Not a pleasant woman at all. Came for a PCR test, test not done sheltered from other customers, done very (too?) quickly and barely entered the nose..., did not give me time to breathe between the two nostrils, doesn't ask if it hurts, barely answers questions.

Unpleasant, unwelcoming pharmacist, does not advise these patients at all. Very very slow and does not take the queue into consideration. For the COVID test, we have the impression that she is going to tear off her nose or even puncture it more. Terrible lack of professionalism. Pharmacy to avoid absolutely. I prefer to stay sick and not go home. She does not want to communicate the prices of medicines. The products are very expensive. I will never set foot in this pharmacy again. Control is desirable

A disaster !!! An endless queue due to a service that is much too slow. The phlegmatic pharmacist, inefficient and completely unsympathetic, does not seem to worry about the fate of people who COME FROM EMERGENCIES, have an URGENT NEED to be served and expect a minimum of professionalism. We experienced a stressful situation and we seriously felt in danger. It’s not normal for her to be the only one at his service! In short, I only give one star to access the comment but it doesn't deserve one. We do not wish anyone to experience this unpleasant and degrading situation. TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!
