Best pharmacy in Renne, even in France. Caring staff, adorable generosity, thank you again!

Pharmacy less and less pleasant customer for 28 years and more and more disappointed no more troubleshooting even when you have a prescription but the doctor forgot to refill... I will not return to this pharmacy

A pleasure to have this pharmacy in the neighborhood! I rarely share my experience but I have been disappointed by pharmacies so often that it is important to note the opposite case. I go there occasionally if necessary, no matter the person in front of me, they are all extremely kind. We are very well advised there and with a smile. I am sincerely surprised by some opinions… Anyway, don't change anything, you're on top ;)

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life but I have the misfortune of living next door. Even when I'm all alone inside the waiting time is extremely long, I spent a good half an hour yesterday afternoon. There were two of them, a man and a woman, but we had to wait a quarter of an hour for Madame to finish her telephone conversation to find out if we could order the medicine that they did not have in stock. Then he told me to take the metro so pay a ticket to go to another pharmacy 20 minutes away by metro when all I had to do was go to another pharmacy at the end of the street to find what I wanted and that There are plenty of them in town. They are very poorly organized. There are sometimes 3 at the checkout but if you just come for a Doliprane in stock and the customer in front of you needs to place an order for a product that is not available you will wait a quarter of an hour for the pharmacist to make her phone calls while the other 2 won't take care of you. And I'm not even talking about when there are people. The advantage with them is that when we then go to another pharmacy we are very happy with the service. I will never set foot in this pharmacy again. If I give a star it’s only because I can’t put 0 or 0.5

A pharmacy like we rarely have near us. All the pharmacists are attentive and caring (especially with students who are a little stressed). Very understanding and accommodating, they are above all super efficient and remember their redundant customers. Thank you to this team for taking great care of your residents above.💐
