I will never set foot in this pharmacy again. I had been going there for 3 years. In January I was refused important treatment because supposedly they were not allowed to give it to me because it was more than 3 months old (6 month prescription made by a specialist neurologist). THEY didn't even want to advance my treatment until I had another prescription. Result with the same prescription I went to another pharmacy where I had no problem. In addition I point out the factory spirit of this pharmacy. No smile. We feel like we're a number. No family atmosphere except for a waitress who would do better to change bosses.

Since the boss bought the downtown pharmacy to close it, this pharmacy has a monopoly on the town. Consequences: an indecent increase in prices (e.g. on small bottles of physiological serum...), a lot of people - unfortunately taken hostage (not everyone is transported to go elsewhere) therefore a very long wait and the the impression of being at the factory to be extorted, what's more. This pharmacy has lost its human values. I can only recommend going to other establishments whose names I will not mention but just do a search by rating...

Now that they have a monopoly on the town, they are downright price gouging. 4€ for a tube of homeopathy instead of 2€, for me it's a steal. But when you don't have a vehicle, you don't have a choice. I hope that at least the employees are paid better than elsewhere. In any case it has become a real factory and the smile is sorely lacking. Damage.

I go to this pharmacy every time I pass through Pontévêque. I have always been well received. Staff attentive, friendly and who remember me. Always a little anecdote. Good luck and I'll see you at my next stay. I don't understand some of the criticism.
