service deplorable

I went to this pharmacy this morning to purchase the anti-flu vaccine and its injection. Slowness in filling out the document then I am directed to a corner of the pharmacy and then redirected to another room. Long wait because only one person to vaccinate and she served the customers. I don't know whether I should laugh or bristle at what follows because when this "specialist" pressed the syringe, the contents of it spilled onto my arm and onto the floor. And for good reason: she had not put the needle in the syringe (there is no trace of an injection on my shoulder.....) I stayed more than 20 minutes in this pharmacy for nothing and refused the second injection that was offered to me, preferring to contact a real medical specialist
