Unacceptable!!! ... especially since following anesthesia then a stressful awakening, my 14-year-old dog, very happy to leave the clinic, did not understand why he was being prevented from leaving immediately with me!!! No apology from the team, on the contrary, I was asked to “understand” them. Understand what ? "which too many people do not resolve afterwards". Conclusion: the clinic purely and simply wanted to keep my dog ​​hostage under the pretext that their device was broken, while questioning my honesty even though I was already a client and had already used them for a previous descaling!
