They do what they can and are very professional, not enough staff but they give themselves the means to satisfy customers

Very nice staff but on the other hand the waiting time is enormous and the registration of files is very long. Four checkouts opened but still 30 minutes in the queue (only one person in front of me) and then another 25 minutes because I had to register in the database. A bit tedious for a small box of tablets :-(

An hour of waiting, unacceptable! The administration seems extremely complicated for these ladies, they spend a lot of time there! And they question the treatment of each customer, unbearable!

Refusal to give me a chronic treatment prescribed by my doctor because the format of my prescription (digital) did not suit them even though I am registered with them with this same treatment which is long-term. Conversely, when it is my husband who goes to get this same treatment with the same prescription format, he never has any problems. Fortunately, the center's pharmacy was able to accommodate me quickly and without any problem (I am black, and my husband is therefore wondering about the discriminatory aspect of the situation.) My doctor also advised me to change my pharmacy. Especially since the waiting time is unbearably long. I recommend the center's pharmacy: professionalism and efficiency and above all everyone is welcomed in the same way. To flee.

I really appreciated the availability given to me and the help provided. I found what I needed and received good advice and a big smile. It's good to be advised with such a service.
