Quite a few references but we wait a very long time, for staff who are not very knowledgeable about medical matters and are sometimes rude. Customers are often very slow and aggressive. -I recommend the pharmacy on the other side of the market, with much more polite people and attentive staff.

I recently had a very disturbing experience at this pharmacy. After asking a simple question about a cream for stretch marks, the woman verbally assaulted me at the checkout, leaving emotional scars. As a pregnant customer, I expected respectful service. Unfortunately, the situation was exacerbated by the absence of a priority checkout and the absence of staff to help on the shelves. Even when subsequently contacting the manager on the phone just after the unacceptable behavior of the cashier (I cannot call this person a pharmacist or pharmacy technician given her condescending behavior and advising her to change jobs) no apology was presented , and the blame was unfairly attributed to customers and the world. There are unacceptable excuses in this pharmacy to disrespect customers and moreover pregnant women!! To throw up! This traumatic experience highlights a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. I plan to take additional steps to publicize this unacceptable situation. To flee !!
