The waiting time is too long. Sometimes I have had to wait 1 hour to be served. It all depends on which pharmacist is on duty. Some are very pleasant and professional and others are unable to keep up and should give way to younger people.

Refuse to give me Nicorettes despite my prescription, then tell a nice lie to my mother who came to find out their reasons. I went to another pharmacy, which she saw no problem with. It seems that helping your neighbor is not a priority for you.
