In view of all these bad reviews, I have to describe this comment! My family and I have been going to this pharmacy for 12 years and have never had a problem with the staff. They are all extremely understanding and professional! Many times they helped us out as best they could. In my opinion, the opinion of regular customers is much more important than that of a one-off customer who has had her treatment but who still prefers to spit on their backs. 🤦 Especially since the boss is always very kind and cordial!

I just left this pharmacy in tears, I explain. I am diabetic and am taking treatments for a product which unfortunately is a victim of its success but not for diabetes among other things. I call this pharmacy and find a Mr. who confirms that he has the product. He asks me if I have a prescription, I tell him yes since I take several treatments. Arriving at the pharmacy, a very nice lady takes care of me and gives me the product. The M. comes and tells me that I lied to him because I had to take all the medications indicated on my prescription. I tell him it's not my style to lie especially about that and he continues to call me a liar. I add that on the phone he told me that his customers had priority. I was shocked by his attitude towards me. Personally I will never set foot in this pharmacy again. I wish him to always be in good health 🙏🏼

My pharmacy of choice in Alfortville, in particular because Cynthia is always pleasant, available, dedicated and very professional, particularly in decoding complex prescriptions, lab shortages and order deadlines. She is a real support. Thank you so much !
