We cannot put -1: Be careful what this pharmacy gives you, they made a serious mistake on a 10 year old child. The treatment was for 1 month, what would have happened if we had given it every day?? Yesterday, we went to get the treatment prescribed by the ENT specialist for our 10 year old. The person gave us aerius 5 mg (treatment for adults) when we should have given it in a bottle, and 5 ml by pipette. It is written on the leaflet: never 5 mg for children under 12 years old! This is a significant error, according to my attending physician and no information was requested by the person who served us last night, even just their weight or anything else. Last night we gave it to her and this morning she wasn't feeling well, very tired... I went to tell them and there, the pharmacist looked down on me, telling me that yes it was a mistake and added: "it's not serious even the doctor next to us, Dr Henri , gives 5 mg to his children, no one died and it’s not me, it’s a colleague.” She’s a 10 year old child, how can you say that?! I was not entitled to any apology, as with all the responses to bad comments on this page, no questioning, it is serious We will file a complaint with the order because it is a dangerous act! I am shocked and we no longer trust this pharmacy which can make other errors if we don't monitor it!!!!. This is a serious mistake!

I went there because it was the pharmacy on duty so I had an emergency at 5 a.m. I was in horrible pain. I had just forgotten my health insurance card, so I suggested returning to bring it to him the next day. Obnoxious welcome, not even a hello. I had to go home and come back, still no hello or goodbye for that matter. Hateful to flee

The employee replied since that’s how I’m going to tighten up a little more, which she did, on purpose! Great mentality and good behavior for the image of the pharmacy. Too bad because all the remaining staff are pleasant.
